How does it work? The main cake is covered with real fondant which looks like a real cake in every aspect. After the couple feed each other during the cake cutting ceremony, the display cake is taken back into the kitchen and the guests are served regular sheet cakes from the local bakery or wholesale store.

How Much Does it Cost? *
The price of the cake depends on you and how big (or tall) that you want it to be. If you order a pre-designed cake (3 tier) the cost of rental is $135.00 plus $65 setup/delivery fee**. Each additional tier has an additional cost of $45.00. Custom-made cakes start at $200.

*Prices are subject to change at anytime

**Due to rising gas prices, the setup/delivery fee has increased to $65

Do you provide the sheet cakes too? We do not provide sheet cakes, you must provide your own.

What shape and sizes of cake do you have? Round, Square. Each layer is approximately 4" tall. The overall height (excluding toppers) of a 3 layer cake is approximately 12", 4 layer cake is approximately 16" and so on.

How far in advance should I rent a cake before my wedding? Typically we like to have two months notice, but we have managed to supply with 2 weeks in emergencies.

Can I make any modifications to the cake myself, like add fresh flowers? No. Fake cakes are made of water soluble material so you CANNOT GET THEM WET. Any moisture (from fresh flowers, fresh fruit, wet weather, etc.) will cause the icing to dissolve. The cakes are covered with real edible sugar based products, they will melt and the cake will be destroyed. If the cake is damaged, you will not receive your deposit back.

How should I plan for the cake? Make sure to tell your wedding / event planner or wedding venue that you will need a table for your cake. We also provide the cake knife and spatula and linen for the table.

What if the cake gets damaged? If the repairs are minimal and/or easily repaired, a fee may or may not apply. The most common damage is to the fondant icing. Repairing this type of damage requires dismantling the cake, removing the damaged fondant icing, replacing it with fresh fondant icing, and reassembling the cake, and also re-decorating it with icing. For this type of damage we charge $30 per tier damaged. If the cake is damaged beyond repair, the deposit is forfeited.

How much is the deposit? We require a deposit of $100 which will be returned after the wedding. If the cake is not returned or damaged, your deposit of $100 will not be returned.
